The lounge (with annexed kitchen) and the bedroom are very ample and well-lighted from the large windows of the house facade. The double bedroom plus the double sofa bed in the lounge will accommodate comfortably up to 4 guests. Air conditioning, Sat TV, safety door, microwave, washing machine are a few of the modern conveniences available, with the counterpoint of the cupboard in the main bedroom which is an original country style piece of furniture from central Tuscany. |

It boasts a very large double bedroom plus a second room - which can be either a double bedroom or another lounge, as it has a double sofa bed - and there is a double sofa bed also in the open space lounge-kitchen. In total it will accommodate comfortably up to 6 guests. Sat TV, safety door, microwave, washing machine are a few of the modern conveniences available - but note the chest of drawers in the main bedroom, which is an original example of period furniture. |

| La Mansarda (the penthouse) is our most prestigious apartment, on the second (top) floor, and has a large roof garden overlooking the tiled roof - a quiet, relaxing open air space, ideal for sunbathing during the day and al fresco dining. The double bedroom, a separate single bedroom and the double sofa bed in the split-level lounge-kitchen will accommodate comfortably up to 5 guests. Both bedrooms have roof lights and the whole apartment has beamed ceilings, even in the bathroom. The apartment has a complete air conditioning system and many other modern conveniences, including Sat TV, safety door, microwave, washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. The cupboard in the main bedroom is an example of renaissance revival from the beginning of the 20th century. |
